Lord, I ask you to bless this first Pakaradian of our city as we gather here to celebrate and appreciate Maranao culture. This merry-making fellowship among our brothers and sisters of the Maranao faith also concides today in which our dear mayor Hon. Frederick Wee Siao delivers his State of the City Address.

His peaceful leadership gives us a blessed year. Continue to bless him, Oh! Lord... bless also the Maranao and Higaunon people, and most of all, bless all the local leaders of Iligan and its neighboring communities,
