  12th Tam-Awan International Arts Festival Schedule - The Baguio Channel WORKSHOP. Local artists are joined by fellow creatives from all over the country in the festivity that will run until October 9. The event “is open to the public,” said Tam-awan Foundation president Gretta Apolinar as they also welcomed representatives from the Bureau of Copyright and Related Rights of the Intellectual Property Office of the Philippines who talked on the artists’ resale rights on their work.
