Proceeds, Fees and Payments

1. All sales by the Makers from the Manila Mini Maker Faire shall be kept solely by the Makers. Bonifacio Art

Foundation, Inc. shall not take any percentage from the sales. It is the responsibility of individual makers/group to secure necessary business permits and issue official receipts.

2. A minimal participation fee of P1,500 per day shall be charged to makers artists to cover utilities and

maintenance costs.

3. Confirmed Makers shall pay on or before June 1, 2019 to be able to sell during the faire.

4. Email a copy of the proof of payment, together with this form (signed and accomplished) to

manilamakerfaire@themindmuseum.org with the subject title: “MMMF 2019 Commercial Maker Form and Payment” to confirm reservation.

6. Payments can be made through either of the following channels:

a. The Mind Museum Ticket Booth

Open: Tuesdays to Sundays from 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

(Closed on Mondays)

b. Bank Deposit/ Online Transfer
